District Service Area

Stinson Beach units are dispatched to incidents using a computer-aided dispatch system (CAD). The location of the incident, size of the incident, type of resource needed, and location of surrounding resources ultimately determine if, when, and where we are to respond. We frequently respond out of zone on larger incidents such as structure fires and vegetation fires. The shaded area below is the District Service Area as outlined by Marin LAFCo.
