Requests for Proposals

The Stinson Beach Fire Protection District does not create an RFP (Request For Proposal) for purchases in excess of $25,000.

The Chief and/or the Assistant Chief contact vendors directly and request a proposal and pass on any bidding instructions verbally.

Once all proposals are received, they are then reviewed and discussed at a meeting of the Board of Directors.

Approved Vendor Contracts Currently In Force

The Stinson Beach Fire Protection District does not utilize an Approved Vendor List. Each contractor engagement is negotiated by the Chief or Assistant Chief.

As stated above, the Chief and/or Assistant Chief contacts vendors directly and requests a proposal and will pass on any bidding instructions verbally.
